Coronavirus: Ibra to donate 100 thousand euros to AREU
The dangerous Coronavirus is at its peak in Italy. The rossoneri made several good decisions at the start of the epidemic which prevented the virus from infecting them. As we understand so far there is no player or staff member from AC Milan infected with the COVID-19.
This is mostly because of the fast response of the club’s management which sent everyone home already on 10th March. At this moment the training is scheduled to resume on 23rd Marcho, however this date will most likely be postponed until the situation calms down.

Since the start of the crisis AC Milan was one of the first clubs which organized donations in order to help Lombardy in its fight with the virus. The rossoneri have already donated 250 thousand euros which were used to buy vehicles for rescue.
Besides this today we understand that AC Milan’s forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic decided to make donation himself. As the reports confirm Ibra will donate 100 thousand euros to AREU. Here is what he said:
Italy has always given me a lot and in this dramatic moment i want to give back to the country i love. I decided to create fundraiser for hospitals and to use my communicative power to spread the message. I am counting on the generosity of my colleagues.
