Meeting Elliott-Lotito: Cutrone part of Milinkovic-Savic transfer?
The transfer saga for the Serbian midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic does not seem to have an end. Today new information came out, which claim that Elliott wants the 24-year old in Milan at all costs. As we understand, last week there was meeting between Elliott and Claudio Lotito. One of the topics discussed on the meeting was the transfer of the midfielder to Milan. As we understand the offer which Elliot gave to Lotito was 40 million euros plus Patrick Cutrone as part of Milinkovic-Savic transfer. Patrick Cutrone seems to be dissatisfied with AC Milan after Piatek’s arrival. His value on the market is around 30 million euros.
With the cash and the player the transfer of Milinkovic-Savic would be worth 70 million. However Lotito declined the offer because he believes that he can earn more on his player.
Besides the mercato, on the meeting was discussed possible loan from Elliott to Lazio. The loan would be from the region of 300-400 million euros. Lazio intends to use this money for their new stadium.
