Tonight was played the 7th game of the season in Serie A (sixth for Milan), between Sassuolo and Milan. We faced Sassuolo away at Stadio Città del Tricolore. This season Sassuolo is playing outstanding football, and was placed on the third position, before this match. It was expected that they are favorites in the game even though Milan is far bigger club. Our club this season was struggling in the first 5 games, from which they managed to win only one and were placed 14th on the league table.

First half information
The game started at 20:30. Both clubs entered the game with great enthusiasm, and the first 10 minutes was dominated by Sassuolo. In the first 10 minutes Milan was able to create only one solid chance, when Suso nearly scored. As the time passed Milan started to gain control over the game. After few good chances, AC Milan managed to score by Kessie, who made solo action and scored outside the box in the 39th minute. The first half finished with result 1 – 0 for AC Milan. In this half Milan managed to create 4 actions, and all 4 shoots were on target, while Sassuolo managed to create 3 solid actions, and only once hit the target.

Second half information
The second half started really well for our club, because only after 5 minutes Suso scored one outstanding goal on Bonaventura`s assist. Only 10 minutes after that Castillejo managed to score as well from great distance, for result 0 – 3 for AC Milan. This goal was created by Hakan Calhanoglu. In this half bigger part of the time Sassuolo controlled the game. That allowed them to create 5 solid actions, and in 68th minute of the game Filip Djuric scored for Sassuolo. This was not last goal of the game, because Suso managed to score again after deflected ball from the free-kick he take moments before the goal. The game ended with result 1 – 4 for Milan.

In this game Castillejo scored his first goal in AC Milan jersey. Another great thing is that Suso managed to score after nearly 20 games. These two goals will mean great deal to him, because they are going to boost his confidence.
This win was very important for the entire team, because it can be turn-around of the season.
Our next game will be played on Thursday against Olympiacos at San Siro.
