AC Milan is working on new contracts for Donnarumma and Bonaventura
Without any doubt Gianluigi Donnarumma so far has been one of the rare bright spots for AC Milan this season. The contract of the talented 20-years old goalkeeper is due to July 2021. Because of this AC Milan has already started to work on new contract for Gigo, but for Giacomo Bonaventura as well.
Bonaventura got inured on the start of the last season and has not played a lot since then. This season Giacomo entered as substitution only in one game on which he played 25 minutes. His contract with Milan expires at the end of the current season. This is why on the meeting which took last week between Milan and Raiola the future of both players was discussed.

As we understand the club is keen to extend the contracts of both players, and is preparing new contracts for Donnarumma and Bonaventura. The initial offer for Donnarumma’s extension was to extend the current contract for 2 additional season. This might not be as convincing as Mino Raiola expected. Nothing specific was agreed on that meeting.
Regarding Bonaventura , the club is open to extend the contract of the experienced midfielder. However before they put pen to new deal, they would like to see Bonaventura playing full matches again. In the period which comes it is expected that Giacomo will start to play in Milan’s first XI again, where he will need to prove his recovery and form.
It is expected that both parties will meet again after at least 3 weeks. AC Milan would like to renew both contracts before 2020. If they do not manage to achieve that Bonaventura can leave for free, while Donnarumma ‘s price will dramatically drop.
