Fenerbahce unable to sign Rodriguez?! PSV still interested!
It seems that the transfer saga regarding Ricardo Rodriguez is not done yet. Today we have new development in Ricardo’s transfer in Fenerbahce. Even though AC Milan and Fenerbahce agreed over the terms of Ricardo’s transfer in Turkey the transfer has not been completed yet.
The rossoneri received two identical offers for the Swiss defender, one from Fenerbahce and another from PSV. AC Milan’s management allowed Ricardo to pick the next club in which he is going to play. Even though Rodriguez picked Fenerbahce, the Turkish side now can not complete the transfer.

As the latest reports confirm the Turkish football federation is not allowing Fenerbahce to buy new players. The official report says that if Fenerbahce completes the transfer, then they will break the Financial Fair play. Fenerbahce on the other side is very interested in Rodriguez and will do all it takes to complete the transfer.
We understand that Fenerbahce’s president Ali Koç will appeal the decision of the football federation, as he hopes that his team will sign the defender. Ali Koç gave the following statement:
Starting today we can not buy new players. Yesterday evening the TFF informed us of the decision. Obviously we will appeal this right away. I believe and hope that the appeal will be analysed quickly. This problem must be addressed urgently.
This was very unexpected development of the situation. As our sources confirm PSV is still very interested in Rodriguez , and they would like to buy him.
