New season started, and with the start came updated expectations from the fans. This season AC Milan played 3 games in Serie A so far, and won 2 of them. Even though this is not very bad result most of the fans are not satisfied. They believe that the game with Udinese had to be won. However this is not the only reason for their dissatisfaction. Everyone expected that this season the team will play stronger and more beautiful football under the new coach. Especially if the summer reconstruction of the team is taken into consideration.

We all can agree that we are not able to see strong and beautiful team for Giampaolo’s team so far. One of the most important players for Marco Giampaolo so far has been Lucas Biglia . Lucas played 2 of the 3 games for Milan this season. The one which he missed was because of small injury. Most of the fans expected that the new signing Ismael Bennacer will take over the central midfielder role, but Biglia still manages to keep his place in the first XI.

The relationship between Biglia and Milan’s coach Marco Giampaolo is flourishing. This can be confirmed of the recent statements that Biglia’s agent Enzo Montepaone gave to the Italian media.

Enzo confirmed that there is great relationship between Biglia and Marco. Montepaone stated that Biglia is very loyal and professional player. Even though Lucas has only 1 year left of his contract with Milan, Enzo confirmed that they would be happy to extend if the club is on the same page. Montepaone confirmed that Lucas Biglia would be happy to retire in Milan.
